JESUS and medicine

 

JESUS said:

Matthew 11:28-29

King James Version

28 Come unto me, 

all ye that labour and are heavy laden, 

and I will give you rest.

29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; 

for I am meek and lowly in heart: 

and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

That's EXACTLY how JESUS looked, when He showed Himself the first time in my dream.

His palms were facing me, not raised high up, but gently by His sides.

He merely looked at me, saying nothing.

It was to be another 20 years before I began to understand why He looked upon me that way.

Another dream showed He was like my "landlord", for I was looking for a place to "stay".

He led me to a "U" path, inside a building, where we chanced upon a young girl at her typewriter.

Then the path led to a basketball-court like space below me, where people were transfixed by a large screen, as if in a movie theater.

It's like they were seeing something, but not really anything.

After which, the ramp led up to a light-filled doorway.

I knew my landlord was there, and I was to go there.

After all, He was showing me around, and I was merely to follow.

I turned to head for the ramp.

Those dreams I kept in my heart, for how often does one dream about JESUS?

How often does He show up in our dreams?

The first JESUS dream occurred 27 years ago.

That happened to be the first disturbing dream ever.

This watchman also had a dream about the HOLY SPIRIT.

GOD's SPIRIT has always been represented by a white "dove".

On the wall, by those narrow, cantilevered steps, was an outline of a dove -- the HOLY SPIRIT.

I was to climb up the extremely-narrow, precarious steps (one foot at a time), leading to a doorway filled with light.

I had no idea what those four dreams meant -- until GOD made me born again in 2019 -- and all became clear.

My life has not been the easiest.

So with my family.

And now, we face many challenges -- from within ourselves.

I prayed this morning for JESUS to explain things to me.

And almost immediately, I got this message from SPIRIT, like an imprint upon my mind:

We cannot be healed, 

unless we acknowledge JESUS 

as the REAL POWER.

I had no problem with that.

Most of my family did, as many others do.

There is no medical crisis JESUS cannot heal, or transform.

That's what I whispered to a family member yesterday.

I said, only JESUS is the REAL PHYSICIAN.

And for him to call upon JESUS, for help.

Sadly, the medical profession has given their allegiance to other gods.

Look at the Hippocratic Oath alone:

"I swear by Apollo Healer, by Asclepius, by Hygieia, by Panacea, and by all the gods and goddesses, making them my witnesses, that I will carry out, according to my ability and judgment, this oath and this indenture."

Apostle Paul encountered this same Greek error:

Acts 17:22-23

22 Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars' hill, 

and said, Ye men of Athens, 

I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious.

23 For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, 

I found an altar with this inscription, 

To The Unknown God. 

Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, 

him declare I unto you.

To correct them, he said:

Acts 17:24-31

24 God that made the world and all things therein, 

seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, 

dwelleth not in temples made with hands;

25 Neither is worshipped with men's hands, 

as though he needed any thing, 

seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;

for to dwell on all the face of the earth, 

and hath determined the times before appointed, 

and the bounds of their habitation;

27 That they should seek the Lord,

That man whom GOD "hath ordained", and whom He hath "raised from the dead" is JESUS.

There is the very gospel honoring that truth.

Apostle Paul declared it:

1 Corinthians 15:1-4

15 Moreover, brethren, 

I declare unto you the gospel 

which I preached unto you, 

which also ye have received, 

and wherein ye stand;

2 By which also ye are saved, 

if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, 

unless ye have believed in vain.

3 For I delivered unto you first of all 

that which I also received, 

how that Christ died for our sins 

according to the scriptures;

4 And that he was buried, 

and that he rose again the third day 

according to the scriptures:

In contrast, the nurses' station at the hospital acknowledges GOD.

That's truly a saving grace, considering Satan lorded it from the lobby, with no one the wiser.

If you want to know what ails you, pray to JESUS.

If you want to be healed, call upon the LORD.

Know the Power JESUS has.

It's something the world can never give you.

For the world belongs to the fallen one.

Satan was known to boast about it.

Matthew 4:8-10

8 Again, the devil taketh him up 

into an exceeding high mountain, 

and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, 

and the glory of them;

9 And saith unto him, 

All these things will I give thee, 

if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

10 Then saith Jesus unto him, 

Get thee hence, Satan: 

for it is written, 

Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, 

and him only shalt thou serve.

People in the world are in a precarious state.

They have believed Satan's lies.

They have worshiped him.

Oftentimes, not realizing they do.

Well, this post will tell you, through Scripture, that the medical profession has fallen under the enemy's spell.

Medicine spawned many corollary industries like pharmaceuticals, insurance, health care organizations, laboratories, research centers.

The focus has been for pain management, prolonging life, even trying to "create" life, when only GOD has power over our lives.

Genesis 2:7

7 And the Lord God formed man 

of the dust of the ground, 

and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; 

and man became a living soul.

Ecclesiastes 12:7

7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: 

and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

James 4:12-15

12 There is one lawgiver, 

who is able to save and to destroy: 

who art thou that judgest another?

13 Go to now, ye that say, 

To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, 

and continue there a year, 

and buy and sell, and get gain:

For what is your life? 

It is even a vapour, 

that appeareth for a little time,

If the Lord will, we shall live,

Sad to say, the whole medical profession is a farce.

They have no idea how they have sinned against GOD.

The most alarming part, is many are not even aware of their idolatry.

People will heal, the moment they look to JESUS.

Without JESUS we can do nothing.

John 15:5

5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: 

He that abideth in me, and I in him, 

the same bringeth forth much fruit: 

for without me ye can do nothing.

Until such time we acknowledge JESUS' light, we live in darkness.

Until such time we acknowledge Him as the ONLY TRUE HEALER -- the GREAT PHYSICIAN -- we can only do disease management.

The diseases remain with us.

 Psalm 25:14

14 The secret of the Lord is with them that fear him; 

and he will shew them his covenant.

I am not a fan of Celine Dion.

As I am not a fan of any man, or woman.

I only WORSHIP GOD.

But something about Celine's health issues called my attention.

So I turn to SPIRIT, and Scripture, for an explanation.

I wanted to know the root cause of her illness, if any.

What are the possible causes of her illness?

Is it genetic, physiological, psychological, or spiritual?

Is it external, or internal?

Would all be involved?

What is her hope for a cure?

Let's take a look.

On December 2022, she disclosed that she suffers from "Stiff-person syndrome".

I've seen her recent video which showed her actually suffering from it.

Today, SPIRIT led me to this particular paragraph on ET online:

"Dion teared up as she announced the cancellation of European tour dates, noting that she was doing everything in her power to be able to perform again."

I love how SPIRIT is so PRECISE.

These KEY words gave Celine's condition away:

"she was doing everything in her power"

It is a common mistake in many of us.

We think we have the power to change our circumstances.

But GOD always CORRECTS us all:

Zechariah 4:6

6 Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, 

This is the word of the Lord 

unto Zerubbabel, saying, 

Not by might, 

nor by power, 

but by my spirit, 

saith the Lord of hosts.

If that doesn't make you tremble, feeling the MAGNIFICENT POWER of GOD's SPIRIT, I don't know what will.

JESUS corrects us all, too:

John 15:5

I love how Scripture zeroes in to what the world tries to deny.

That ONLY THROUGH JESUS can we be healed.

That His SPIRIT does the healing.

That, without Him, we can't do anything.

Very humbling, indeed.

Of course, that would put a lot of industries out of business.

Precisely why they don't want you to know GOD's POWER.

Not only that, but this world is governed by a different god.

Apart from our many "idols" such as face, fame, and fortune.

Same as pride, possessions, and popularity.

The world makes "divas" goddesses.

That's why unbelievers are in GREAT danger.

2 Corinthians 4:4

4 In whom the god of this world 

hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, 

lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, 

who is the image of God, 

should shine unto them.

Another indication was how Celine had children.

It is not wrong to want to have children.

But this is what the Bible says:

Genesis 30:22

22 And God remembered Rachel, 

and God hearkened to her, 

and opened her womb.

1 Samuel 1:5-6

King James Version

5 But unto Hannah he gave a worthy portion; 

for he loved Hannah*: 

but the Lord had shut up her womb.

6 And her adversary also provoked her sore, 

for to make her fret, 

because the Lord had shut up her womb.

Psalm 127:3

3 Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: 

and the fruit of the womb is his reward.

A couple's ability to have children rests solely upon GOD's will.

It is not for the medical profession to defy GOD's will.

It is not for couples to pay doctors so they could have a child.

It is not for man to use science, when only GOD can give life.

It is not for man to have "designer" babies.

It is not for man to play GOD.

That is all vanity.

At what cost?

Only GOD knows.

Now, remember this about the medical profession.

Something many don't care to acknowledge.

For their own vested interests.

Doctors pay homage to other gods through their Hippocratic Oath:

"I swear by Apollo Healer, by Asclepius, by Hygieia, by Panacea, and by all the gods and goddesses, making them my witnesses, that I will carry out, according to my ability and judgment, this oath and this indenture."

That is idolatry.

We put our power in gods, goddesses, and self.

Does it surprise us, then, what the medical field does?

With no respect, or love, for GOD.

How far have we gone to defy GOD's creation?

We are all ripe for judgment.

Which will surely come.

Lastly, Celine created in 2018, together with two Israeli women, a children's clothing line called Celinununu.

It saddens me that they would do that to children.

Making infants and children wear black, with skulls, and stars.

Some shirts imprinted with the words, "NEW ORDER".

We are surely "OUT of ORDER".

Celine, and her Jewish partners, have no idea their sin.

But we shall look into that in another article SPIRIT wants me to write.

It's not only about not being content with the usual pink for girls; blue for boys.

They had to have gender-neutral clothing, which dulls the children's spirits.

JESUS said:

one of these little ones which believe in me, 

it were better for him that a millstone 

were hanged about his neck, 

and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

7 Woe unto the world because of offences! 

for it must needs be that offences come;

We  must not put "stumbling blocks" on other people's paths.

Most of all young souls, such as infants and children.

Who have no idea what we make them do.

Romans 14:13

13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more: 

but judge this rather, 

that no man put a stumblingblock 

or an occasion to fall 

in his brother's way.

To everything Celine is suffering from, I ask a few questions:

Has she forgotten GOD?

Does she believe in GOD at all?

What is her concept of GOD?

Can she acknowledge that ONLY JESUS can heal her?

Is she aware of her errors against GOD, and children?

When I saw her suffering from "Stiff-person syndrome", showing her all twisted up, and a very frightening face, I could only recall an article SPIRIT and I wrote on 15 January 2023:

"SPIRIT of INFIRMITY"

I am confident ONLY JESUS can heal her.

She must give her heart to the LORD.

She must become born again.

She must be taught by SPIRIT about JESUS.

She must drop EVERYTHING that doesn't honor the LORD.

If you are in need of healing, turn to JESUS.

ONLY JESUS can heal us, of ALL our ills.

The future for believers:

Revelation 21:4

I've always had great interest in well-being.

Perhaps, that comes from having a father as a doctor.

Whose brilliance, I delighted in.

Plus, my natural desire to see people well.

As a columnist once, I was tasked to write about wellness.

And did tons of research on health and fitness.

All the while, marveling at how GOD made the body so intelligent.

And that, given the right care and prevention, we should all be well.

But my understanding was largely incomplete.

Only when GOD made me born again did I understand better.

SPIRIT led me to Scripture.

Showing me how JESUS healed.

JESUS was the missing piece to my research.

Now, I can look at health in a different light.

Comparing how JESUS healed, and how the world did.

Suffice it to say, I am in great awe of the MAGNIFICENT Healer.

Making sure I abide by His commands.

Scripture can answer these:

Why do people get sick?

How do they get sick?

How do we get well?

Who can heal us?

What gives lasting healing?

Never again will we wonder why we get sick.

Or if we will ever get well.

Or why we suffer, as we do.

Let's turn to the WORD of GOD.

That Scripture may reveal the source and reason for illness:

For GOD's purpose, and judgment.

That Scripture may be fulfilled regarding JESUS.

We have been possessed with a devil.

We have not believed in JESUS, the Son of God.

We have a spirit of infirmity.

We love our lives in this world too much.

Being in the world calls for tribulation.

All of us have sinned.

We need to cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of flesh and spirit. We need to be holy.

perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

We frustrate the grace of GOD.

Galatians 2:21

We seek money too much.

We are foolishly proud.

James 4:6

We have not submitted ourselves to GOD.

Resist the devil, 

and he will flee from you.

We do not seek GOD. We are not holy. We need to purify our hearts.

James 4:8

8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. 

Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; 

and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

We don't pray.

James 5:13

13 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. 

Is any merry? let him sing psalms.

We need forgiveness from the LORD.

James 5:15

15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, 

and the Lord shall raise him up; 

and if he have committed sins, 

they shall be forgiven him.

It is the will of GOD.

1 Peter 3:17

17 For it is better, if the will of God be so, 

that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

In SUMMARY, Scripture reveals the CAUSES of diseases:

For GOD's purpose, and judgment.

We have been wicked.

We have not sought GOD, the fountain of life.

We have been evil.

That Scripture may be fulfilled regarding JESUS.

We have sinned.

We have been possessed with a devil.

We have not believed in JESUS, the Son of God.

We need to repent of our sins.

As disciples of CHRIST, we take up our cross daily -- without complaint.

We have a spirit of infirmity.

We are lost.

We must stop sinning.

That the works of God may be made manifest in us who suffer.

We love our lives in this world too much.

Being in the world calls for tribulation.

All of us have sinned.

As Adam sinned, death entered our lives.

We have not glorified GOD in our bodies.

All men die.

We need to cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of flesh and spirit. We need to be holy.
